Saw my BriBri male transporting and then depositing a tad yesterday in a brom axil. Quite a rare occurence in captivity I believe and as far as I can find out it pretty much never happens in the wild.

Anyone else seen this in captivity?

Regards
Graham

I don't recall where I read, but seems in the wild, the male will on occasion transport tads from other pair to hide them. Again, dont remember article/book, but it was more recent than 1980's. Keep us posted if the female is able to find the tad and feed it. Hopefully, the male dropped the tad in prior deposit site.

Ray/stemcellular posted this in a thread during spring, if I remember right his male and female were transporting simultaneously.
