I think you'd be pretty safe to keep them under 82F. Though out of all the different frogs if you hit a spike on a summer day I think they'd be one of the most tollerable. I've seen viv's get up to 90 with no problem. Keep in mind though that they'll get under stuff nd into the substrate which is probably 5-10 degrees cooler.
leucomela daily temp range?

recently i purchased a pair of leucomelas from a very well known and reputable dealer. i hadn't asked them temerature ranges but was curious to hear from other leuc breeders what they feel the optimum temp range should be or what they are keeping there tanks at right now.
i guess what i'm most interested in knowing right now is what do you think is the upper temperature range for standard leucomelas and do the british guyana leucs also have the same temp ranges? appreciate the thoughts. thanks

Mine are kept in very varying temperatures, ranging from 65 all the way to 90.
It is a large viv so they do have the opportunity to seek colder/warmer areas as they see fit.
I think Leucs are very tolerant of the temperature, so unless you get to the extremes <60 and >90 i think you will be fine.
They call all day long, every day.
When they were younger, and had only barely begun calling i used to play the recording to them and they would answer back. Now it is not needed
I dont know how old yours are, but that definitely plays a role in the calling. Mine did not start calling on a regular basis untill they were around 12 months old.
