just realized i have an unlimited supply of leaf litter

as the title suggests, i just realized i have an unlimited supply of leaf litter. heer i am reading for months about good types of leaf litter and and trig to find it for cheep. any way, i was in my front yard and was looking at the trees and noticed one of them have leaves that look like live oak. i take my handy netbook and look it up and what do i know but it IS a live oak! iv'e got all the leaf litter i need and didn't even know it! well just thought id share that.

Where are you located? Make sure it is live oak and not water oak or willow oak; both have relatively similar-looking leaves but will break down much more quickly.

Ahh, but if it's unlimited he can just throw more in! I have unlimited Red Oak and my microfauna love it.

it was planted by the previous owners. i am sure it is live oak.
It is a great thing around her I have several oak Species and magnolia
