Thank you for this guide. Is there any substantial amount of time after you start the wet season that they would be heard calling?

It all depends how many frogs you have and what species. Generally frogs like madagascariensis are quiet but expectata and pulchra are quite vocal.

I have a group of aurantiaca, they are looking like 1.5, I have only seen one call but it's very few and far between. When he calls it's only briefly and then he stops. I'm not sure what to do to coax them into breeding. I cycled them through the winter here (I live in CT). I'm open to any advice you more seasoned keepers cab offer me.

I have golden Mantellas and they call all day long. Maybe try misting more. I do cool them down a bit during the winter. I'm editing cause I reread the last post. If you only have one male that may be the problem. I have at least 3 and they constantly respond to each other.

unfortunately I took down my site a while back, just got too busy and didn't have much to update it.
