I plan on getting 3 0r 2 leucs or azures froglets and i was wandering how many melongaster fruit fly cultures i should make per week?

I would recommend starting out making 2 cultures per week, then cutting back to one culture every week or two after you get the hang of it.

I would say two. You never know if the cultures produce enough ff.
Sometimes a culture fails.

I agree with Zbrinks. Then down to 1 culture week once you get the hang of it.

2 a week and tossing the oldest cultures every 3-4 weeks should be ok for 2-3 frogs. I would start a couple cultures and get some practice for a few weeks before you get your frogs. That way you have the whole fly thing down and wont have to worry about a crash.

making cultures is so inexpensive compared to most food items. i agree make at least 2 a week until you are comfortable. i tend to make more than i need all the time because its so inexpensive to make them and just in case there is an unexplained crash you have some. you never want to run so low as to have to go and order more instead of making them.
a lot of keepers will also have another alernative food item on hand just in case.
