Ok heres the dealio instead of buying lights off the internet i decided to have some fun and set up my own light system.

Its going to be 4 T8s at 15 watts making a total of a reasonable 60watts
The bulbs are just "plant and aquarium" hardware store bulbs.

I will let you guys know how it goes

That should work ok, though if you used a 55 watt power compact you'd get a lot more light, for 5 watts less.
I'd crunch some numbers and see if its really worth it.
