So I have read ,many posts here but can still not identify this worm and they all look so similar and people are saying different things.

Please let me know if it is harmful or fine in my tank. And what it is etc.

Looks like a nemertean. Not harmful to your frogs but devastating to microfauna populations. If you do a couple searches you should find a lot more about getting rid of them/controlling them.

From my research they are hard to get rid of and spread easily to other tanks.. even from touching this tank then touching another. I have these in my 55g display. I just clean them off when I clean the glass to keep population down. I plan on dry icing this tank soon though because I also have a few rogue millipedes.

There was a translated Dutch article I read a while ago about treating tanks for these... if I can find that I'll post it up here. I know it's on a previous nemertean thread.

It is a nemertean.

There was a thread that discussed using Oniscus isopods to control them.
