You have many options. What I like to do is to wrap the base of the offset with moist sphagnum moss and attach it to cork with fishing line. Most of the time I just pot them in a mix of orchid bark and peat. It takes a little while for it to root this way.

I usually find that they will root in moist orchid mix in about a week if they are kept in a terrarium.

Make sure to keep the cup filled with water.
