So i got a chance to go to a tropical greenhouse in the area. In anticipation of my first and upcoming build I picked up a few plants.

From left to right: Polka dot plant, Mini arboricola, unkown brom?, baby's tears, unknown brom?, revolutions croton, and a bella palm in the back

Any idea what these two are?

Thanks! Do you think I should be worried about the brown spots on the Tillandsia cyanea? Now that I know what it is, im not sure it is so healthy. It looked fine to me in the greenhouse but the more I look at it the more it looks like it might be disease. Plus it is the only one that was not pink. I thought I was choosing something cool lol.

That looks like an old, spent inflorescence. Just cut it off.

Wish I had known more about these and spent more time looking while i was there! lol. Only had about 10 minutes till they closed though. After cutting it off, it will not grow back right? It will just eventually produce pups that I can propagate later.
