I have noticed that my InferAlanis have been hanging out in their hut a lot latley. Could this be a sign of breeding activity? Thanks

Not really. It depends if you have a pair, how old they are and such. You didn't mention those things.
Most tincs will court outside the hut. You will definately notice the female "attacking" the male. She will follow him around and stroke his body. She will also "stomp" her feet. He may in turn call while she does this. Just hanging inside the hut doesn't really mean much except that they like the cover.
