funny area below one eye, normal behavior

This frog has been like this for as long as I have had it, just wondering if anyone has seen this sort of thing before.
The other eye is totally normal. Behavior is normal. Age is sub-adult.

one more photo. The area seems to be a cloudy membrane fluid filled sack below the eye (?) also a patch of something below the eye?

Hi Sasha,

It looks like there is fluid between the clear eyelid and the cornea. Otherwise, the eye looks healthy and I would think the frog can see out of it. I wouldn't know, though, if it is something that could be improved with treatment.
