Sometimes I'll look at a culture and see like 3-5 fruit flies following each other around in a perfectly strait line, kinda like ants or something. What's going on when they do this? ... Is it breeding or something? It's really funny to look at, maybe I'll try to get a picture or something. Has anyone else seen this, or are my flies just crazy? :rolleyes:

mine do the same from time to time i look at my cultures when my frogs are hiding. i think they are breeding but that's just my opinion :D

I thought you were talking about a new line of fruitflies from the Congo! I see my ffs making a "conga" line all the time. At least I think that's how I would spell it.

I guess I'm always dreaming about the ultimate fruitfly. Richard.

Haha, yea, it's Conga. I guess I haven't been in a Conga line in a while...
