Frog Go Round

I have a Fire Bellied Toad that is bonkers. Every time I put food in their tank, he takes this fit of twirling in the water. He wags his head back and forth at other times too. It is almost like he is autistic or something. He seems ok basically. He is eating. It might take him a couple of strikes but he gets it. Anyone have an idea of what his problem is?
