foods for newly developed froggies

Hi everybody, I was curious as to what types of food do ones reccomend feeding newly developed frogs. I have a group of azureus froglets ready to be put in their own shoeboxes but would like to know of possibilities for food selection.

Springtails!!!

Fruitlies if they will take them. Springtails if they are too small for fruitflies.
