My cousin moved recently and couldnt take his 12x12x12 frog tank which is home to two leucomelas not sure the sex of them because i havent heard any calling and i havent spoken to my cousin about it any other way to judge the sex besides the calling??:confused:

Do you know how old the frogs are? Calling is the best way to determine if you have a male and for females you can't be 100% sure till they have laid eggs. But if there not old enough then there is nothing you can do other than wait and see.

i believe they are couple of years old one is a significant amount bigger than the other one is there anything i can do that would make the male call if there is a male ill try and post pictures of the two maybe one can tell by judging the size differential

You could try misting the tank more often to see if you can get the humidity higher and you might try playing a recording of other male leucs calling. You find a recording at dedrobates.org. You might also want to consider a larger tank that one is a little small for two adult leucs.

Stepping up the misting and the feeding may encourage calling but he may not do any calling until he is in a bigger viv and feels more comfortable with his space.
