if you put any plants in your terrarium that have come from fertilized soil what risks are you facing for the frogs? if you rinse all the soil away and just transfer the rooted plant are you ok? what about moss? if you rise the fertilized soil away as best possible you still have a bit of soil transfer. is there a cooling off period where the fertilized soiled can wither away in the coco bedding or is a small bit of fertilized soil making its way into the tank ok?

What kind of fertilizer are you dealing with? I'm usually more concerned with pesticides on the stem/leaves that with the soil. I'd say if you just knock off as much as you can, and give the roots a good rinse, you should be fine.
