thought id post here.... i have 3 mints..

ive witnessed very loud full out calls from 2 of them... ( the 2 smaller ones )
and when they call the throat gull opens fully and they shake a bit. So im 100% they are males....

i thought the larger one was a female... until yesterday i say this....

i didnt hear anything... and didnt see the throat open past this amount...
but i also dont see any courting.. what do you guys think ?

does your females throat open any amount when she calls?

Wow thats amazing i had no idea! I have 8 terribillis coming in the mail tomorrow and im incredibly excited to get them to the age where they begin calling! I had no idea that i would have the pleasure of hearing the females call as well though!

Of all my frogs I find the terribilis call the sweetest of them all amazing to think that such sweet music comes from the most poisonous amphibian in the world
