I have a lot of exotic plants from around the world and was interested to know if anyone uses leaf litter from the jungles that our frogs come from? The plants I was thinking of are both in the nepenthies family a giant and a standerd the leaves are a good size and have interesting shapes.

well if you want to get technical no dart frogs are even found on the same side of the world as Nepenthes. That being said I use dropped orchid leaves in my viv, but I rarely hae many of them, so I just use live oak because its a smallish long lasting non descript looking leaf. I dont like magnolia because it looks disproportionately large in my vivs compared to the plants I use

I have a stephanotis that drops some leaves every now and then. I use them when I have enough around.
