I am or have become an orchid and especially a carnivorous plant enthusiast. I had an oppertunity today to visit these and more in their natural habitat. Truely awesome!

NOTE: This place is a natural reserve. All flora is protected and it is prohibited to remove anything.

Now the photos!

Absolutely gorgeous.

I have always been a huge fan of the outdoors but for some reason, frogging has me looking at every single plant and bug that I pass.

Very cool trip. Thanks for the pics.

You're very welcome!

I was a little bummed I couldn't find the Purple Pitcher Plants - and I'm hoping no one did steal them - but finding the sundews made my trip complete.

I wish I knew about this place in early summer when the Lady's Slippers were blooming.

I want a bog orchid now for my Sundew/Pitcher plant garden at home.

Wow. Where exactly is this? I would love to visit a place like this. I always love going into reserves and places like the so because I feel very comfortable and relaxed, and at a sense of peace and enjoy being surrounded by natural and very stunning wildlife and botany.

Thank you for sharing.
