Hey all,
Quick question: what species have you noticed females eating another females eggs?
Does this happen in D. ventrimaculatus?

THank you very much,
ben

Ben,

I have never seen this in my vents, but have seen auratus and tincs eat eggs on a few occasions.

I have had problems with this in my fants and vents. The panguanas are generally good, but the female will move eggs if they are in the area that is most desirable. It has become such an issue with my vents that I am going to have to break up the group. I have never seen any of my larger frogs eat eggs, but it is not out of the question.
