Here's a pic of a Dendrobium (var. 'Emma White') in bloom in my terrarium. If you have a tall terrarium (at least 18" from substrate to top) and high light, this one has worked very well for me. This is the second time it has flowered in the past year, and the root growth has been astronomical. I wish the flower was a bit more wild in coloration, but I can live with this.

No air movement whatsoever, and the coconut husk plug it was mounted on was simply placed on my substrate and misted every few days.

I'm using a 3x40 watt CF setup. The bulbs are not the fancy 5000K or 6700K. Rather, they're a typical 2700K that came in the fixture (from an architectural salvage yard as an office building light).

I'll probably buy 5000K bulbs when I go to replace them, but I've had really good luck with this setup--everything I have put in here has grown phenomenally and my broms are a nice deep red. Thanks for the kind words.
