Does anyone not feed their frogs for one day so that they cna purge their systems of any excess vitamins and nutrients? I've raised seahorses before and it was vital that you do this otherwise you often have intestinal blockage because of a poor metabolism. Just throwing it out there, ya know, if you don't like it just thriow it right back!

Very funny! *rolls eyes* But I want thinner frogs, sleek and sexy, they're all just FAT! FAT! FAT! Just Kidding, but anyways: have you noticed any decline in your frogs size or health? How many flies do you feed then? I have a tank with 3 cobalt tincs and It'd be nice to feed them 3-4 times a week!

How many times a week you feed depends on how old they are.... I mean babies and what not need to be fed often. Once they are adults tho, a couple larger feedings instead of a bunch of smaller ones doesn't seem to do them much harm.

I used to feed every day... but noticed the frogs getting a bit fat. I've moved to every other day and sometimes 2 days between feeding.

Though I think smaller more frequent feedings would be better for froglets/new morphs.

Me too i usta be a regular daily feeder and after a while its definitely overkill. I only feed growing frogs daily. Even they miss a day every now and then. Even after 6 months or so of the cutbacks my azureus female is still the biggest frog ive ever seen.
