I am in the process of setting up now to keep a group of leucs? I recently saw some cypress knees for sale and living in south west Florida they intrigue me.

I am wondering if they make good items in PDF viv's?
If anyone can share some photos of knees in a viv?

How would best to attach them if I want them free standing in the viv and not part of the background--I was thinking of a false bottom, and drilling a hole in the knee and zip tieing it through the hole to the egg crate.

Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you

Cypress knees usually make really good center pieces and you can attach all sorts of plants to them. You could zip tie it to the egg crate then silicone around areas that come in contact with the egg crate. Zip ties sounds like they should hold it fine though.
