Here is a custom tank, my buisness partner designed for his rack system. I finally got a few pictures and I wanted to post them for you guys.

very nice, anything holding it together besides silicon? And is it 1/4" glass?

The glass is 3/16" and is held by silicone. I will post some better pictures of this tank when it gets planted.

The enclosure looks really nice. Does everyone generally grind or round off the edges of the all glass enclosures?

We did round the edges of this tank.
You can sand glass with emery cloth to knock the sharp egde down, but I wouldn't use it to do much else

I haven't made a whole tank like the one pictured here, but when I do make custom tops or fronts out of glass I sand the edges... don't want to worry about any cuts, just the frogs and plants .

yeah, nice tank. looks sort of like the tank i built but the verticle surface is taller, mine is four inches then the angle starts? is this the tank you'll be using the mortar in? i can't wait to see it when it's done! Nice silicone job - clean edges!
