I was wondering if anyone has ordered plants from them and how their service was.

Alex is great, I can not say enough good things about him. Almost all of my plants are from him and he is always very fast and has great stuff.

He does use COD for orders over a certain amount, but that does not bother me at all.

I have ordered plants from Alex of Custom Ecos many times, and they have been great everytime. I have gotten extra plants, broms with pups shooting off of them, and even a replacement shipment for some plants that got stressed from the cold (due to an idiot working for one of the shipping companies, not Alex's doing). Also, he has answered all my questions. I recommend him, especially if you are looking for great broms!

He has great plants and when I ordered from him, he actually put in a few more plants. Great service. He answered all my questions about the plant and his site. Very helpful.
