These are great. I just got one for my 10G vert and it lights up the tank perfect, IMO. It has 2 9W 6700K cf bulbs in it. It's small and fits on the small end of the 10G perfect.

I've had that light for over 9 months, and while it provides great lighting for a vert 10 (gives broms and other plants awesome growth), the fixture becomes very hot, compared to other power compacts I have. If you are going to use it, you will need to raise the fixture above the tank you want it to light. I have even gone as far as puting two heat sinks on it as the weather during the summer was not kind to the room temps here in houston.
