I have been doing some research on breeding dart frogs, and it seems like a hobby I would be greatly interested in. But before I even get started, I need to have a question answered.
Let's say I buy 4 D. auratus and wind up with at least 1 male/female pair. Then let's say I get them to mate and eventually wind up with several more frogs all from the same parents. Once these frogs grow up, can I mate them together? In other words, can a brother and sister mate? I know that humans do this a lot in Alabama, but do frogs do it in terraiums?

Yes, offspring will mate together if you keep them together. It's normally better to get unrelated frogs to breed them to unless you're breeding for a specific trait.
