Hi,

All of my viridis are having some change of color... and I am not the only that is viridis change colors...

I would like to know what cause that, and if dendro have a thing similar...

Ok, the change is really subtil... line appears on the back to form a v or a losange more dark,

the leg can become more dark and the down of is back to...

all the other color never change... just the the green on mantellas viridis..

Hi Cristian,
Currently I have about 20 Viridis , 9 are juvs less then 1 year old approx 6 months, and yes ive been observing colour variations much like juv P.terribilis do . My adults have never changed colour , so i quess its a natural occurence for the juvs during growth ? You didnt mention if your viridis are adult or juvs :?: Good Luck with them they are a great Mantella. Just a note , My juvs all came from http://www.understoryenterprices.com ,Mark may have some left and they are outstanding and best of all hes local.

I have a group of 2:4:2 viridis, and I have noticed my larger girls getting darker around the flanks and back legs. They do get a little v shape on their back as well. I have no idea what causes this,
