Just got two screw in cf's the ones with spiral bulbs. AMAZING IMPROVEMENT! I cant beleive how much of an increase in light i get. I recomend these to anyone, they are cheaper then buying an the balast n all for the others.

Just be careful they are not right on the lid, I put 2 in a custom hood and tested it on the groud and it got to over 100 degrees very fast.

They can also crack glass if they are too close.

They work pretty well--the only problem can be the heat from the internal ballasts (as I've experienced in nano reefs, anyway...with frog tanks it might not as much of an issue).
