I was going to pose this as a trick question but changed my mind. So many dart frog eggs look alike but I didn't want to make people frustrated with this one. So I'm just going to tell you....

Not a species at all. These eggs aren't real. Man-made :)

Just with sculpey clay baked, a couple dark colors, a yellow tinted epoxy mixed with a little dirt. Nothing major. Just a simple but effective looking egg clutch. It was an idea I am using for one of the frog statues I am releasing soon.

That would probably work I bet! haha I usually bake tiny clay balls for frog eyes to use as forms in my sculptures and figured I could make a fake egg clutch in the time it takes for epoxy to set. Just a stupid thing I did last night out of boredom at 4am. My 1 month old son had me up all night.

Not sure what this could ever be used for. Maybe in a natural history museum display next to fake frogs or something. Our museum in Boston has a huge taxidermy and sculpted animal collection. I need to go check it out again as it's been a while.
