I have 2 BYH Tincs, and they are 15-16 months old. I have been wondering if I had a pair or two of the same sex. Over the last two days one has been stroaking the lower back & hind legs of he other, and then following the other everywhere in the viv. I have not heard any calling that I know of, although I understand some of the Tincs are not loud at all. I'm hoping I find eggs soon.

Sounds like it to me. :)

When I first received my Azureus pair and placed them in the viv...the male called very loudly (it was still very quiet) and you could see him calling very clearly...he was putting a lot of effort into it. Now that they're comfortable, I really don't see or hear anything except maybe some little huffs coming from his sides once in a while. The only way I know when they're breeding is that it's about every 5 days they keep disappearing in and out of the hut for long periods throughout the day. Then I know the next day to check for eggs. :)
