So in my newly built 20vert I had a brom mounted in some wood. I don't know why but it stayed way to wet and after just a few days the bottom leaves fell off. When I attempted to take it out o the hole I drilled and mounted it in the stolon broke off. My question is can it be revived? I have moved it back into a grow out tank with no frogs and picked it to the wall. Also is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? I figured the hole would keep it drained but I was obviously wrong.

Depends on how far up it went. If the white area where the stolon connected is completely gone, then your chances are slim.
