These are some before and after shots of my 18 cubes after a year of growth, and for the azureus tank a "replant". Also I did a replant on my 37 gallon Fine Spot Leuc tank..., and I added a shot of the Giant Orange Pair's Future tank, right now just has mosses, and Spike moss recently planted so Im excites to see where this one goes...I really like the hard- scaping in the GO tank as of right now though

the whole area that is on the right side completely fell down, and i never repaired it also some of the other broms in the background died as well so Here is the updated freshly planted Leuc Tank

Everything looks great!
I would be careful with the ficus pumilio though. It looks like it is filling in well, but after a couple years it will develope some insane roots and will become unruly. I was at the point where I had to do MAJOR pruning every other week after a few years. I let it go for a month or so and it killed almost everything else in my tank! It is a monster!!!! I have come to think of it as not really viv friendly for the long haul, no matter how big your viv is, mine was 60 gallons.

i totally agree with arielelf, i'm starting to learn that the hard way! my 20 high has only been setup for 5-6 months and it is already getting overrun by creeping fig lol. i won't use that plant again. i really like that giant orange tank! the overhanging cliff thing is awesome, but i would take out the creeping fig so you can still see the hardscape after a year or so. thanks for sharing!

Hey thanks guys, fortunately the tanks don't really have many plants in them so I can let the ficus do most of the filling, I don't mind all the pruning, it only akes me a few minutes and I really like the way it looks. Thanks for the advice though, I'll keep my eye on it. Backgrounds I use for my breeders are always great stuff silicone, and eco earth, quickest and easiest for me, relatively inexpensive too. The cliff in the giant orange ank is my favorite part, on the bottom side I took dried green moss an stuck it to the silicone for a pretty cool affect, and when I do a heavy mist in the whole cliff drips really cool. I'll keep an update on that tank
