I have a portion of bacopa water plant place on top of my pond area, which is on the bottom of my 20g high tank. It has been about a month and a half, but the plant hasn't really flourish. Its not dead, but not growing either. I have two 24w strip light t5ho, each with its own german made reflectors, on top of the tank. Would getting another strip light give off enough light towards the bottom of the tank to allow the bacopa to flourish?
I would have a total of 72 watts and about 6000 lumens.
