It seems like it would be simple, but how can I tell if my frogs are eating the FFs I give them?

If im unsure a frog is eating i put them in a sealed quarantine tank for a couple days with some flies then i count to see if they've dissapeared.

I had the same problem with my frogs at first so I would wait until they came out of hiding and then feed them and watch to see who ate and who didn't
