Ok so I made my second vivarium, well am in the process of it. It is a small 10 gallon tank. I purchased an aqueon light fixture and was wondering if you guys new if the aqueon floramax bulb would be adequate to grow plants in the vivarium. It says it is suitable for aquatic plant growth; would this mean its suitable for terrestrial plants?

Thanks!!

You can also get a daylight bulb from Lowe's or Walmart or somewhere like that. Probably cheaper.
True, but I live further away from those and I am car-less at the moment. There is a petstore down the street though (very convenient for me) that has both of the bulbs I mentioned. I just wanted to make sure they would work.

EDIT: Woah a Mainer!!! I have managed to find some other Mainers and I think there is a small show in Bangor, Maine next month, woot!
