I have a 'Toms' brand aqua lifter that I used on the overflow on a reef tank. It works well for that but the flow rate is way too low to use as any kind of water feature IMO.
Its a good pump if you just want a low, slow drip. You also don't have to hassle with a pump in the tank. Quite a few people use these for drip systems.
