Since living in Florida I have raised many tads using spring water and later Amquel conditioned tap water. Recently I switched to Amquel Plus (as it removes more harmful nitrates and nitrites in my salt water changes), suddenly there is a problem with my tadpole limb development. I am not sure if this a coincidence or Amquel Plus hinders this development. I would love to hear if anyone is using Amquel Plus and has good or bad experiences. The stuff smells like rotten eggs when first used but the manufacturer assures me it is totally safe and will not harm the animals. Chime in if you have experience with this stuff.

Had to answere my own question here but for those interested I had a yellow Fantasticus pop his front legs today which look normal and the back leg development is good, raised entirely in Amquel Plus conditioned water. I must have just gotten a few bad clutches from my Retics (first leg problem I ever had), but once my gallon of plus is gone i am definately switching to regular Amquel as the smell is too too much.
