no but in europe they are available.
but only one bloodline is seen as legal. so it's hard to get some.
but it's a species that on my wishing list.

From what I understand offspring are challenging to get beyond 6 months but adults are otherwise hardy captives. They are here and there in the States, but as with many species, more widely available in the EU.

i'm planning on setting up a rack next year. this species will be in their. it will be a rack with 5 tanks. with all tanks for ameerega species.
i know some people who got them. also successfully got them to breeding. i hope to get a good group off offspring and try to get two couples out of it.
also in much literature stands that they should kept cold. but they addapt to the temp in our tanks. so what i've heared.
also larch clutches from 40 to 50 eggs. but a lot goes lost with the metamorphose of the tads to froglets.
