I got two earth stars that are really pretty but it seems that the little spikes on the leaf edges could maybe hurt my little guys. I ask about this where I got them and they assured me that they have never had such a problem. I trust them it is just that I worry about things like that.

the frogs are smart enough to avoid them... I wouldn't worry about it too much. you can't be there to protect them in the wild either, and there are much worse things to worry about there (even plantwise)!

Thanks for responding. I just don't want any of them to get hurt. They really are very pretty plants.

there are Broms with much more imtimadating spines then earth stars, and ive never had a problem, i dont think iv ever heard of frogs hearting themselves broms but i hear a lot of peolpe worryed about it, your frogs will do fine, what do you have?
