I use the miniatures as well, they look great and make a little contrast in the tank as well as add some ground cover since they dont grow too tall.

It will say Miniature if it's a miniature... otherwise it's just a young one.

Robb - PM me and I can send you some. I've got some nice varieties.

Ya i saw two minature ones at lowes and quickly snapped them up. There so cute and for $1.80 i couldn't pass them up. The only problem is that the only ground spase left get water drops from the waterfall and that could burn the leaves, the light isn't very strong on the ground though so maybe it wouldnt burn.

I don't think you'll get any burning from tank lights.

Sunlight yes, tank lights no.

I've got a mini in a tank that gets automatically misted 4 times a day and it is no worse for wear.

Does the soil have to dry between waterings or not because the place i want to put it gets pretty wet .
