A newbie needs help!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

I've just started out in the hobby, and I have a really quick question about mites. What exactly do they look like? I'm asking, because I noticed some very very little black things in two of my FF cultures. There smaller than a grain of pepper but there moving around in the media. Are these mites, or are they part of the FF process? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Hey! I did find out, that there are the nose of the FF larva. I guess you live and learn. :) Thanks for the help though. I imagine I'll have many more questions in the future.
