I just got my Nikon coolpix 5700 a few days ago, and have been messing around with all the settings and got a few frog pics. I'm still figuring everything out on it. I love this camera so much. It makes me wonder what I have been doing without it. The pictures will get better. These are with mostly auto settings. Let me know what you think.

Nice pics, and a very nice Powder Blue Tinc. I have been thinking about picking some of them up one day, how do you like them?

Thanks all. The third picture is the only one using flash. I seem to get better color when I turn off flash and lengthen the shutter speed to get the right amount of light, but I'm still messing around with it. For a comparison, the first and third pic are the same frog, notice the blue color difference. Jbeetle, this is actually three adult powder blues. They are 2.1, I hope. I love them. They were my first dart frogs, so they are over two years old and I am disappointed I haven't had any breeding action. They are one of my favorite frogs to watch though, they never stop moving.

If you can set the levels of your flash you might want to try it on low, and see how that works.
