65 Gallon Build

I have a drilled 65 gallon tank I am wanting to turn into a viv. I got it off of Craigslist for $25 :D. The down side is that is was a drilled tank where the center over flow was. The holes are in the center bottom glass too. I'm trying to decide if I should make it a vertical or leave horizontal. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Im not to worried about the height for thumbnails if it stays horizontal. I just was curious to see if there were any pros/ cons to having a vertical tank that deep.

My only concern is having that center brace. Guess I could make to doors?

I'm assuming that it's a 4ft long tank and that being the case it's going to be problematic getting enough light down to the bottom of it, if you decide to make a vert out of it -just some food for thought.
