I just wanted to ask if this was correct, I have dry media stored in a container I made last week and it worked great on my current cultures, when I mix the dry with the water and vinegar, is it 1/2 cup dry and 1/2 cup 50/50 per culture?

I used 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup brewers, 6 cups potato flakes, and 2 tbsp of cinnamon. how much water:vinegar should be added to the dry because it was too dry when i added 1/2 water to 1/2 dry so i added a little more water and vinegar.
