I agree 100%, the thing that gets me on this one is the only people losing is the recond companies, as they rob the artist blind before any downloading would ever happen. I think apple and others have some great ideas, and it seems to bne starting to take off. I will tell you that if the RIAA and MPAA think that nabster and the others are the BIG fish they are nuts...I really don't think hte RIAA and the MPAA are going about it the right way suing their customers. They need to figure out how to make the technology work for them and not against them.
Thats a very interesting thought, but don't think it is as like you said I did post them. I agree many of our laws need major work due to the increase in technology. My worry is that they sometimes go way too far with some of the new laws.Is it copy right infringment to merely load the picture on the computer through the browser? No disrespect to Kyle. I'm not sure where thing are going when it comes to IP(software patents are even more "effed up" than the copyrights) law in our country I think its a big old mess.
