If hardscaped well then yes. I know a number of breeders who have great success with this size. If the tank is set up half-assed, then probably not....
I have often heard the term hardscape used when discussing viv construction. It refers to the structural aspects of the build;I think he ment landscaped. Hardscaped is done with concrete or anything like that.
