Hey Scott, I use one nozzle in my 25's (12" x 24" x 24"tall), and I use two in my 55s (24" x 24" x 24"tall).
Personally I would lean towards a double mister nozzle witch would mount with only one hole, towards the front, center of the tank.
Nice thing about MistKing is you can drill one hole, and then put either a single, a double, or even a quad misting head, into that single hole. Too much mist? Pull out the quad and put in a singe head. Not enough mist? Pull out the single and put in a double. All using the same, 5/8" hole at the front, center of the viv.
5/8" is for standard (economy) misters
1/2" is for Premium line
