Yeah I think only people in the scientific research realm are going to be doing any work with those, at least anytime soon.

The last I heard (about a week ago) is they wouldn't be available this fall. I was told they had an 18 mos morphing time..............a long wait!

We had hoped to have them ready for this fall, but the tadpoles had other ideas. They are developing slowly but surely and some are nearly 5cm long now, but still no limb buds. Brian has told me they can take anywhere from 6 months to 18 months. It looks like our will take about a year or so, maybe longer.

Centrolenids are amazing in captivity, and are extremely interesting to watch. Not to mention they are very hardy, and they love jumping after flying fruitflys.

prosoblepon will not be available any time soon. We want to introduce these frogs at a rate that the hobby can absorb them them.

Also keep in mind that Brian's passion is the natural history and biology of these and other frogs, and the bulk of his time needs to be spent in the field and not in the lab reproducing them, which is why we are breeding them here.

For anyone seriously interested in Centrolenids, I HIGHLY recommend a trip to Brians reserve. You can easily encounter 7 species on the CRARC property, and Brian can take you to the localities of several others nearby.

Everyone who has asked to be on a list will be contacted when they are nearly ready to ship. Thanks for your patience!

They are not true glass frogs though, they are tree frogs.
