Default Whites Tree Frog very sick, need advice

The last two weeks one of my whites tree frogs hasn't really been eating (like 1 cricket/week instead of like 4 or 5, 3 times a week). I held him on Monday and he was really active, climbing up my arms. Then I noticed Tuesday and Wednesday he hasn't moved from the same spot in the tank. I held him Thursday to check things out and he could barely move his front leg. He would propel himself with the hind legs and not move his front to catch his landing. Now today I noticed a black mass in his tummy and black speckles on his back.
I'm not really sure what to do and any advice would be very helpful. Oh and I'm keeping his tank at 78F with 60%humidity

I have no idea what the internal mass may be but the sudden appetite loss and lack of movement make me think chytrid. Do a search there is a lot of info. A visit to the vet, if it's not too late might be wise.

Good luck, I hate to see frogs like this.

He needs to see a vet ASAP. He doesn't look good in your pictures. That last photo looks like he's dying.
